Just ask yourself some common sense questions, and see how the answers stack up. Ask them how your case will be handled. Will they be working on it? Will they send it off to assistants? Will you ever see that lawyer again? Find out how their office works.Then see what other organizations they’re involved in. Are they active in their bar association? Are they active in specialty bar associations? Do they speak to other lawyers? Do they lecture? Do they do other things like that that make them a better lawyer? Find out about all those questions. Get yourself some answers that make some sense, and make sure that it’s a good fit for you.
