IF YOUR KIDS ARE GOING TRICK OR TREATING, MAKE SURE THAT:<\/b><\/h3>\n

  • They have trusted adult supervision or if older, use a buddy<\/li>\n
  • They are using a flashlight in dark areas<\/li>\n
  • Their costume stands out in the dark (you can use reflective tape or bright colors)<\/li>\n
  • They know how to recognize an emergency and when to call 911<\/li>\n
  • You\u2019ve included a contact number on their costume or wrist in case they wander off<\/li>\n
  • No toxic ingredients are in their face paint<\/li>\n
  • The candy they bring home is sealed and tamper-free<\/li>\n
  • They only trick or treat to houses with the lights on<\/li>\n
  • They are using crosswalks and being safe near roads<\/li>\n
  • They are trick or treating in neighborhoods they trust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Make sure there are no obstacles that can cause visitors to trip<\/li>\n
    • Keep your paths raked and well lit<\/li>\n
    • For the love of your furry friend, put your confused pet somewhere they feel comfortable<\/li>\n
