FAQ

The easiest thing of course is to ask them. Ask them what their experience is. Ask them about the types of cases that they’ve done, what they understand about it, and how they can specifically help you. I trust you’re looking at websites first and you’re looking around otherwise before you talk to an attorney, so look at the websites. Look and see what kind of cases they do. Look and see if they have spoken on this topic, if they have attended seminars on this topic, if they’re involved in their national and state associations. That’s really important. Find out what their other clients have said who had brain injuries. Have they helped them? Talk to the attorney. Don’t be shy about asking questions. It’s fine. You should do that.
