If an MRI was done of my brain after my injury, and it was normal, does that mean that I did not suffer a concussion?

No, actually it doesn’t. Often those imaging reports will say either normal or within normal limits. What that means is they’re looking for something different. It doesn’t necessarily show a brain injury or rule one out. Those tests really aren’t fine enough to tell if you’ve had a brain injury so if you’re having the other symptoms, the other problems, you really need to go to a neurologist. To find out what a neurologist says whether you suffered a brain injury, whether you suffered a concussion, whether you have some sort of a cognitive problem. Don’t worry about the imaging report so much, they really don’t tell the whole story.
