FAQ

Often people feel rattled, they feel shaken up, they feel anxious and jittery after a car wreck, and that’s to be expected. Everybody feels that more or less. What really is the telling tale is what happens over the weeks and months after that? How is the person different? Are they having problems with memory? Are they having problems focusing, finding words, making sense of things? Is their personality a little bit different? Are they having trouble sleeping? Are they short tempered? There are a lot of different things that go on the big list of things that are brain injury symptoms. Not everyone has all of them, it’s not always easy to tell, but if you think that you’re having trouble go see a neurologist. Tell them what you’re experiencing and have a loved one go along with you and explain what they see that’s different.
