What if I cannot afford to pay my medical bills following my Washington car accident?

There’s several different ways to get your medical bills paid, and not everyone always thinks about them. The first way is your own PIP insurance which is a type of insurance coverage on your auto policy, which should be paying your bills. Sometime the other driver has PIP insurance that will also pay if you’re a pedestrian or if you’re on a bicycle. Then there’s health insurance that may pay. If you’re in somebody else’s car, they may have insurance that may pay. The state of Washington may, under certain limited circumstances, step in and pay some bills, and we may be able to negotiate a deal with a medical provider so that you can get the care that you need, and then pay them later. There are lots of different ways to do this so please contact us early so we can sort through these things and find a way for you to get the medical care that you need.
