While the attorney’s fees are paid on a contingent fee basis. What that means is you don’t pay us by the hour. You pay us by a percentage. We get a percentage of what we’re able to recover for you. That means that you can focus on getting better, you can cooperate and work with us while we build your case, and you don’t pay us until the very end. The clock isn’t ticking as we’re representing you. As far as court fees and court costs go, if you have to file a lawsuit, there are some minimal costs that are involved, but we usually advance those so that you don’t have to worry about those either. Your job is to come and hire us so that we can fight for you, and then to get better and to focus on your recovery. We want you to get well while we’re working for you and fighting for your rights.
