FAQ

A neurologist is an M.D., a medical doctor, and I like to think of them as the quarterback for your medical case, because they will do the diagnostics and determine what you suffered, what your problems are, and what treatment you need. They can do much of the treatment themselves, whether it’s prescriptions or ordering MRIs, but then they also know the people who can best help you: cognitive therapist, neuro-psychologist, other people who can really help you recover from a brain injury, but it’s really important to have a neurologist quarterbacking your care so that you get the best recovery.
