FAQ

There are lots of things to look for. I suppose the first is experience. You want someone who has experience with the type of case that you have so you know that they know how to do this case. They know how to represent you. They know how to get you fair compensation. I think you need somebody who cares about you. Somebody who will listen to you. Somebody who understands what you’re going thorough. I have many clients that I represent but I understand that for each one of my clients they have only one case and that is the most important thing to them. You need an attorney who understands that, who will listen to you, who will be in your corner, who will fight for you and who will communicate with you frequently and answer questions. I think those are the two biggest things to look for.
