Well, the attorney’s fees that we are paid are done on a contingent basis, and so that means we don’t get paid until the very end of the case. It also means that the clock is not ticking. Unlike other lawyers, every phone call, every email, every meeting doesn’t cost you extra. Everything is included from the very beginning to the end. We handle all the details to find out what the compensation that’s available, what the insurance that’s available, deal with the bills and all the things that need to be sorted through to resolve all of this. If there are litigation costs along the way, court filing fees and things like that, we generally advance those costs so that you don’t have to worry about that until the very end.
